How to create a support ticket?

If you're facing an issue or need assistance, creating a support ticket is a quick and efficient way to get help. Here’s how you can submit one:

Step 2: Fill Out the Form

You'll be asked to provide some basic information to help us understand the issue. Make sure to include:

  • Screenshots or any supporting files that can help us resolve the problem faster (optional but helpful)

Step 3: Submit Your Ticket

Step 4: Wait for a Response

After submission, you’ll receive an email confirming your ticket was received. Our support team will review your request and get back to you as soon as we have an update.
