If you’re having trouble with campaign tracking — meaning you’ve completed a campaign, but it’s not showing as finished — there could be a few technical reasons behind it. Here’s what you need to know to avoid these issues.
Ad blockers or privacy extensions (such as uBlock, AdBlock, or others) can sometimes interfere with campaign tracking. These tools can block the necessary tracking scripts that confirm your campaign completion.
If you’re using a VPN, it can sometimes cause issues with tracking, especially if the platform detects multiple IP addresses or a location mismatch. This can prevent us from confirming your campaign completion properly.
Certain firewalls or security software on your device or network can block tracking scripts, which means your campaign may not register as complete. This could happen on both personal devices or on corporate networks with strict security protocols.
To ensure that your campaign is tracked correctly:
Turn off your ad blockers or set up an exception for Yoinksy.com.
Disable your VPN or disconnect from it temporarily while completing campaigns.
Temporarily disable any firewalls or security software that could be blocking the tracking process.
Once these are adjusted, we should be able to confirm your campaign completion.
If you complete a campaign with ad blockers, VPNs, or security software enabled, we won’t be able to confirm that your campaign has been completed properly. This may result in the campaign not being credited to your account.
